            It is an undeniable fact that people can achieve success in many ways. One can be successful by using their talent in what they have. Hence, it is true to say that success is not measured through performance in academic. Success can be achieved in terms of creativity, entrepreneurship and so on. For instance, some successful people such as Bill Gates achieve their goal without education. No doubt, their determination, passion and confidence help them to be successful in life.

            It is paramount to be determined if one wants to be successful in life. In fact, a person with determination will not give up easily as the word ‘No’ will never exist in their mindset. A person who is well educated does not mean that he or she will never quit and keep on trying though fail for thousand times. However, a determined person will keep on moving forward though he is teased by the people around him. Hence, academic does not ensure a bright future of a person, but his attitude does.

            Besides, it is an indisputable fact that passion is another key of success. Successful people will always enjoy and passionate about what they are doing. Though they are not well educated but they do not do things by halves. As a saying goes, ‘Follow your passion, and success will follow you‘. It is obviously means that a successful person is the one with full of passion but not necessary must be well educated.

              Furthermore, a person with confidence will achieve success too. ‘Confidence is the companion of success’, said by Anonymous.  Those successful people believe in their capability in doing things and they never have negative thoughts in mind. In fact, people with full of confidence, their peers and followers will respect and follow their instructions and this will make everything goes smoothly.

            In a nutshell, a person with determination, passion and confidence will become successful though he or she is not well educated. In this 21^st century, people do measure success through performance in academic. They believe that it is the only way to show how hardworking and intelligent is the person. In fact, those people who are not good in academic should not give up easily. Everybody has their own talent and it is believed that one can be successful by using their talent in what they have.
